According to a family friend who attended a service arranged through the company, the three gentlemen who work there were wonderful and caring, and their handling of the arrangements meant the bereaved could mourn without any disruptions. Went to a funeral, and have to say that the 3 gentleman who work for Gentle Way Funerals were wonderful and caring people. I would highly recommend Gentle Way Funeral in Mackay as they are completely beautiful people who took care of my friend. There was no dramas at all and the family were able to grieve for their loved one. I would recommend Gentle Way funerals as they treated us very well.
