I am writing on behalf of my family to express our sincere gratitude for the care, professionalism and compassion shown to us during the organisation of my dad’s funeral. In particular, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mar, who supported us throughout this process. Mar brought a genuine human touch to everything she did. Her ability to listen carefully, guide us with sensitivity and recognise the needs of each person in the room made an incredibly difficult time more manageable. She was thoughtful and considerate in every interaction, always accommodating and flexible, allowing each of us the space to find our own way in saying goodbye. At the same time, her professionalism was outstanding—ensuring that every detail was handled with care, dignity and respect. We are truly grateful for Mar’s support and dedication. Her approach made a lasting impact on our family and we feel very fortunate to have been guided by her during this time.
