From our first meeting, Joseph went above and beyond to guide us through every step with kindness, professionalism, and genuine empathy. He made an incredibly difficult time feel more manageable and gave us the time and space we needed to grieve and honour Nonna in the most beautiful way. His attention to detail, thoughtful suggestions, and support were truly priceless. The entire staff at Blackwell’s were respectful, warm, and understanding, making us feel supported and cared for throughout the whole process. Rosetta provided a wonderful and highly professional service in honouring our mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother in the best way possible. Without doubt, mum would have felt humbled but totally overjoyed to have been treated with the utmost respect and dignity she certainly deserved. It's not easy to capture 102 years of life and dedication to the many roles she played in our lives. Michael Elwood was just the perfect celebrant for the occasion. You both helped me personally to manage the grief and loss of my dearest mama. For that, I am more than grateful - thank you! Yours and Michael's expert guidance and prompt response to every detail was above and beyond expectation. You were both available at any time of day, in or outside business hours to attend to calls, messages, emails. It was an honour for me to "team up" with both of you. The funeral service was perfect in every way. Many overseas relatives have responded and viewed the livestream and to posts on my Facebook page. Heartfelt thankyou for making this occasion a celebration of a life well lived.

Rosetta and her team were the perfect team for my dad's funeral. They were amazing, friendly and caring. Even after the funeral when I needed advice Rosetta responded and assisted me straight away. It is such a challenging time for grieving families and she provided us with a steady and gentle presence, facilitating the coming together of our wishes to celebrate our beautiful Dad.

Hi Blackwell funerals I would like to address about NOT cancelling the appointments at the last minutes or at least suggesting for the next available time. In Dec, I was advised by Emico to arrange my meeting with her for discussing about pre-planned funeral arrangements. She seemed to be friendly at the beginning but she kept forgetting about my appointments at the last minutes in Dec and again in Jan. I had to rearrange my time as well as my friend's time to fit into the next appointment. We have waited again for this January meeting but when I contacted her again, she said that our appointment was NOT on her diary. That is very unprofessional to manage potential customers who have waited for 1.5 months. I would like to suggest that the reminder of the meeting and next appointment times should be sent out to your customers in advance as for a courtesy.

The experience from planning the funeral and the funeral itself was conducted with considerable care and respect to the family and mourners attending on the day and the previous nights viewing. The Team from Blackwell lead by Rosetta D’Agostino was excellent.
