Cody and the team at Simplicity Salisbury stepped us through the process of organising my brother's funeral with compassion and understanding mixed with some light humour. Cody was really helpful and made suggestions that were most welcome. He suggested a celebrant who he thought would fit our group dynamic and that turned out extremely well. He was happy to answer questions and make changes when asked, even to the morning of the service. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome and I would highly recommend him.
Service performed by Kimberly was beautiful, warm and respectful. Mum looked absolutely stunning. Kylie and Karen from Simplicity were absolutely fantastic.
Last week we said goodbye to our beautiful mum and Karen was there from when she was first diagnosed and again at the very end. The service that was held was a celebration of life and all the details were perfect. The empathy and care given by Karen was beyond amazing. Karen organised a wonderful celebrant who just made it so personal. So a massive thank you to Karen and all the staff that helped and dealt with the family, you helped us say goodbye on the most beautiful and loving way. 🩷
Grace and Karen went above and beyond expectations for my Sisters funeral, Grace did a beautiful service and they both had a lot of empathy towards my family. If your looking for an amazing funeral this is definitely the one.
I have had to put together 2 funerals in 2 years first my beautiful mum and most recently my hero, my dad. Simplicity at Salisbury were fantastic throughout the whole process and both services were delivered with genuine care and compassion. I couldn't have asked for a better service for either my mum or dad.
