My sister had her funeral today at the Black Forest chapel today 27/2/2015. Ruth the lady who was my white Lady. Ruth you were brilliant from the start things were perfect. Thank you so much in this difficult time for me to make this easy for me.

As a family member I was very disappointed to receive a $$$$$ invoice for a prepaid funeral. This caused much stress and anxiety across the family for a simple administration error. The staff have been providing lovely service but to be on the receiving end of this email has not been a great experience. This is your core business to provide a funeral service to grieving families, you can do better.

Even though we as a family were not prepared in any way for the tragic events that we went through White Lady Funeral service-Bec Knight and Staff at Black Forest branch were steadfast, committed, sincere and both extremely supportive but professional through the whole process from the beginning to end! We can’t say enough about Bec Knight and the supportive, empathy, professionalism, sincere and committed to ensuring that the whole experience wasn’t worse or complicated in any way… Bec Knight ensured that we would not have any added stress, anxiety or issues throughout this tragic event. The whole experience went off without a single incident from start to finish!! As a family we couldn’t thank Bec Knight enough for giving us that ! Bec thank you so very much for Everything that you’ve done for us !!
